Mackie is at that fun, learning-new-words-all-the-time age. It’s a good one. He’s finally really picking up speed here. Today he was playing with the answering machine while I was doing dishes, and later, when I sat down on the couch to cuddle with him, he looks at me and goes, cheerfully, “No metchiz!”

It was actually not that hard what with this nicotine patch. My only worry is when the time comes to quit the nicotine patch. THEN things might get a little hairy.
