Ok, the “Pittsburgh Left?” That’s where someone turning left allows another driver (also turning left) to go in front of them, even though they have the right of way?

My GOD! When I was in Pittsburgh a couple of years ago, that drove me BATTYNUTS! Crazy drivers.

Thanks for explaining the Pittsburgh Left, Pam! (I didn’t have time to look for the wikipedia link when I wrote this.)

Oh man, it drives me bonkers too. Especially because not everyone does it, and I don’t remember to do it, and it feels like an accident waiting to happen. But sometimes when you get the “go” on your left turn, it just feels nice.
