i found a good recipe for cincy chili on the web, which is pretty authentic, according to the in-house taster: http://www.recipegoldmine.com/crockpotsoup/cincinnati-chili.html. i use 1/2 the meat called for. don’t forget to load it up with raw onions and grated cheddar. YUM. need some now…

I make a crockpot meal every Wednesday since DH gets home much later than DD & I eat. I like using the crockpot, but it’s winter, so it’s nice to use it. I don’t use it as much in the summer.
