   My grandmother and great aunt have the same problem. They are 4’9” and 5’1” respectively. We finally got them to just start buying capris!! They would have EVERY single pair of pants altered! So every year, my mother sends them a couple new outfits for their birthdays in September, because by then, all the stores in NYC have stopped carrying capris for the fall (but not down here in Steamy Texas!).

   Ahh, yes…the capri! Too bad my ass is too big to wear any of mine right now. Oh yeah, and the 33 week pregnant belly. Being short rules.

   Am missing my regular people capris. They are way awesome. (Also, am having hard time imagining this belly getting 9 weeks’ worth of bigger.)
